Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Space Hero Games, a social gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes only.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to access the platform. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that participating in social gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
2. Social Gaming Only
Space Hero Games is a free-to-play social platform. No real-money wagering takes place, virtual credits have no monetary value, and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods.
3. Account Conduct
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Multi-accounting, automation, exploitation of bugs, or abusive behavior toward other commanders or staff may result in immediate suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All artwork, code, soundtracks, and game mechanics are owned by Space Hero Games or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided on an as-is basis. We may modify, suspend, or terminate features at any time without notice.
6. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and the in-platform message center at least 14 days in advance.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Space Hero Games is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
